Available For An Additional Charge: Pre '89 or '89 head cushions.
NOTE: Current style '95 head cushions were modified for patient comfort.
Addtional padding was added in the shoulder region of the head cushions.

  • All Priority Rush Orders Must Be Paid In Full Prior To Processing, Once An Order Has Been Started, Any Changes, Cancellations, or Returns Will Result In A Fee Equal To The Priority Rush Charge

  • No Changes, Returns, or Refunds on Special Ordered Items
  • Any Changes Made To A Table Order That Has Reached The "Work In Progress" Stage Will be Charged A Minimum of $100.00, No Matter What The Circumstances

If Goods are damaged in transit, refuse to accept from the carrier until your delivery receipt is marked "Received in Damaged Condition". Lloyd Table Company will NOT be responsible for goods damaged in transit, all claims must be PROMPTLY filed with the transit company. If concealed damage is discovered upon unpacking, IMMEDIATELY notify the transportation company.
